About me

BüNaProSe is a small company with the emphasis of communication and writing. 

I have found my company in 2008. In the beginning I had quoted only customer service by telephone or chat in my homeoffice to my clients. 

Now I decide to expand my writing office. 

Since 2006 I have been working  in customer care / complaint management with national and international business partner and customers. I am able to communicate in English as well as German. 

For me, a discrete, careful, quick and smooth processing of concerns is self-evident.
